Kaen Teppanyaki is a Japanese steakhouse located at FORTY-FIVE in Landmark, Hong Kong. Featuring both teppan and bichotan cooking in an open setting with unforgettable views city views allowing diners to combine sight, taste and emotion creating an unforgettable dining experience.
Guests can choose to dine at our main teppan counter alive and full of energy enjoying any of our course lunches and dinners. For a more intimate evening, we have several private rooms available including a private teppan room that can accommodate up to 11 guests. We encourage guests to end their dinner in our lounge for their dessert course and digestifs.
Long and short Teppan courses are available for both lunch and dinner at the teppanyaki counter. Guests can select wagyu from small producers including Ozaki, Furano and Kyoto wagyu beef. Seafood courses include abalone, lobster and other seasonal fish. Specially sourced rice from Yamagata prepared in Daikoku claypots from Mie Prefecture before being finished on the teppan.
After dinner, we reserve seats in our lounge for guests to enjoy desserts and digestifs including a wide selection of Japanese whisky.
Executive lunch courses and bentos are available in our Lounge area. Signature courses include Unaju (うな重/鰻重) bento with layers of teppan grilled eel over rice or our Wagyu Steak Ju, perfectly grilled Princess Kyoto Striploin served with fresh Nagano or Azumino wasabi depending on the season. Enjoy siphon brewed coffee after your meal with seasonal single origin coffee from Ethiopia.
For a more intimate setting, we have three private dining rooms available each with great cityscape views of Hong Kong. Our main Teppanyaki Room can accommodate up to 11 guests comfortably.
